2007 Community Health Assessment - The Forsyth County Department of Public
Health is recently completed the a Community Health Assessment process to identify
pressing health concerns for the residents of Forsyth County. In North Carolina,
each Health Department facilitates a Community Health Assessment every four years.
Through this year-long process, a diverse group of community members and health
professionals gather information, conduct analysis, and identify pressing health
issues in our community.
